Are there any good suppressors that will mount on top of an ar-15 flash hider? Not the a2 flashhider but a yankee hill phantom or a smith vortex.

Yankee Hill makes phantom flash hiders that are threaded for their QD suppressors. They even have 5.56 flash hiders (threaded in the common 1/2"x28) that are designed to accept their .308 suppressor so you can use the same can on your 308 and 5.56 guns.
AAC makes a quick detach suppressor that works similarly. I'm sure there are others as well.

We sure do Kingpin008. If you search for "libertycansdotnet" on youtube we have several. Don't think we currently have one of the above mentioned Torch QA but I can promise we will soon. Just let me know if there are any questions I can answer.
Thanks for your interest,
Keith

Even better, here's our channel

smith (fisher) makes a suppressor that mounts onto their vortex fh. i have one. wouldn't recommend it.

the vortex of course, is the best fh ever made. their suppressor is a boat anchor that you can sometimes remove from the gun with tools, if you don't shoot much. it looks nice though

btw, i think there's a new version of the FSC556 that mounts multiple suppressors (including gemtech)
and surefire makes a fh/suppressor combo

if you're open to other fh

I'm interested in this topic as well. I'm in the market for a can that I can use on my 5.56 and .308 guns (and possibly AK rifles). The only thing that turns me off about the YHM is the weight, they seem to be a bit on the heavy side and from the reviews I've seen on silencertalk and other forums people seem to notice the weight difference. I do kind of wonder if 4-6oz more on the muzzle is noticeable on a firearm but haven't tried enough to see for myself.

the relative weight of cans is annoying enough to me that i never put them on AR15s anymore. however, i almost always shoot my bolt guns and my SR25 with a can.

i really can't say enough good things about zak's titanium suppressors. very happy with it. several of my friends have YHM and they cost a lot less but are noticeably heavier and louder. (still, if you're on a budget, it's way better than nothing)

keep hitting refresh and watch for his Thunderbeast Arms Co banner ad to flip through the rotation... or just look for the link in the sig of any of his posts

I like that mount you have, will it fit any suppressor or flash hider?

Any standard after market flash hider should work. All of our QA cans are designed to fit this mount. As far as other suppressors fitting our mount, we've been told that a YHM can will screw onto it but we don't have one on hand to verify this. How ever we do recommend that if you try this to wear some hearing pro because we can't promise you that there will be a good gas seal. I hope this helped

I think I will get one of your products when the time rolls around... :)
