Gotta say that HK has very good customer service. I developed an issue with my usp45, called and sent it in and had it back in less than 2 weeks. I have never had another issue with the pistol.
The only thing that sucked was that I had to pay overnight shipping to get it to them. I think they should have a "full" warranty for the first 6 months or so to cover problems that show up during break-in.
I have to agree with the above that HK has demonstrated great customer service while the stories of bad HK service have been just that, stories.
