Later today, the Senate Judiciary Committee will begin confirmation hearings for Barack Obama's hand-picked successor to disgraced anti-gun Attorney General Eric Holder. New York Prosecutor Loretta Lynch is Obama's pick.

I don't need to tell you how dangerous another anti-gun Attorney General would be for our Second Amendment.

There's very little time left to get Loretta Lynch on record about where she stands on your Second Amendment Rights.

Please take a moment to contact Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and urge him to get to the bottom of Loretta Lynch's position when it comes to the Second Amendment.

Senator Grassley can be reached at 202-224-3744.

And when you're done, please call Sen. Richard Burr at (202) 224-3154, and Sen. Thom Tillis at (202) 224-6342.

Let them know they simply cannot give Loretta Lynch a pass if she refuses to answer questions about your Second Amendment rights.

If she answers anti-gun -- or refuses to answer at all -- urge them to vote against her nomination.

- Dudley Brown,
President, National Association for Gun Rights

I haven't heard much about this woman yet, but I can guarantee you that ANYONE that POTUS appoints is going to be ANTI-2nd amendment all the way. I would urge anyone to support NAGR any time you can, as I believe they do a very good job putting heat on members of Congress. I also think we now have a very good friend in the U.S. Senate with incoming Senator Joni Ernst.
(I just received a follow-up letter from her thanking me for my contributions during her campaign. How many politicians remember you after you send them $$ ? )

I don't think there is any chance to stop her confirmation and you'll now have the Attorney Generals Office along with the Executive Branch going after the guns. Its going to be a rough 2 years. Those two just don't give a rat's ass about the Constitution or the paper its written on.

This is not a political commentary thread.

Activism is for taking action. Pay attention to the answers given to the committee, write, email and visit your elected political elected officials and express your desires in a clear and respectfully professional manner and point out that their election next term is dependent upon the approval of voters like us who will spend the money and take the time to see the will of the people is carried out.
