The new compact version is based on the Maglite 2 "D" (10 inches long) and have a new develped bi-pin holder and R.R battery carrier.
This flashlight sport 678 lumens that is 178 more lumens than the vaunted Surefire M-6.
The second model is based on the Maglite 4 "D" it is longer and heavier than our most popular MAG 951, and it sport 852 lumens, but it run for 60 minutes on one charge. It is called the "Search and Rescue" as it is ideal to have in emergency vehicles, ambulances, fire trucks, cruisers etc.
