Never saw a black one before but I certainly don't doubt it. Here's an albino mtn. lion taken from a trail cam from an acquaintance of mine's mother in law's sister's first cousin. Taken somewhere in north Idaho near the Montanny border. Some kind of a government study trying to document sasquatch cross border migrations.
There can certainly be no doubt this is an "old painter". The fauna certainly looks kinda north Idahoan as well.
