factrory. Head stamp is IMI. The is a Russian made one with a penetrating core but the head stamp is something like "BD"

IMI Black Tip used to be their hot "carbine" load.

Pistol ammo with steel core bullets is officially armor piercing and is not legal for American Commoners.
