Hulls or shells? You can reload any hull with black powder. I load AA and STS hulls with black powder all the time. If you want loaded black powder shells, there are a number of sources, but they're very expensive $15/box or so).
That's a good point that I should have picked up on. The consensus opinion these days is that no damascus barrel shotguns are safe to shoot -- with any ammo. Corrosion between the layers can weaken them without any outside evidence. Hang it over the mantle and be done with it.
Do a search for Goex Black Powder, and you'll see their BP shells. I believe it has a distributor list, and you can probably call the nearest one for a quote. They are pricey, if I recall. Good luck. Joe
Goex bought out the former Black Dawge Cartridge Company, and now sells its products under the Goex name. The 12 gauge shells are decent. They use once-fired AA hulls with Winchester red wads and 1-1/8 oz of 7-1/2 shot, IIRC.
Your problem, however, is those damascus barrels. There is no way to know their condition. The gun could blow up in your face even with light black powder loads.
If you're really that (dumb/courageous?) and insist on shooting it, you can get Goex black powder shotshells from Powder, Inc.: http://www.powderinc.com/order_ammo.htm . Price is $15.60/box plus shipping.
