Thanks man! Yeah they're cool guns just to have :)

Nice job. I have the century 2000 and love it. Also have the 38/357 barrel and enjoy it. I have it with me everyday. Nice weapon.

After my Kel-Tec P3AT failed to fire after the first round (got it working after I pulled the mag, yanked the slide back a whole bunch) I have given serious thought to one of these as a BUG or right handed gun (I'm a southpaw). If I'm only going to get one shot off, might as well make it a blast of 00' .410, then go for the second if there is a time. If a two legged predator can take two blasts from that to the chest and keep going, I've got bigger problems. Maybe I should load the second barrel with .45 LC just in case. Wonder if there are any 300 grain pills out there that will do 650 fps out of the derringer.

I never tried 45 lc in the gun, but I'm sure it would be a handful! If anyone makes it past one blast and keeps coming, you might be dealing with a real problem!

I have a C2K and you are correct; they're fun. Its definately a niche gun. You can repeating pocket guns for the same money and weight, but the derringer is the original.

I'll be getting the .38 spec/.357 mag barrel set next even though I enjoy the .410 and .45C. The .410 can be found in 3" with five 000 buck pellets.

It's really fun with 357!

Good review, I really like how you delivered the information quickly. I hate videos where the person talks so slooowww LOL, it really makes for a bad vid but you have a good reviewing style.

I like the bond guns, but I think there are better options out there for the size and weight. I'd rather have a Charter Arms bulldog with Speer Gold Dots for defense against humans and CCI .44 special shotshells for anti-snake defense, all with 3 more shots than the Bond Arms guns for the same weight or less. Still beats it in size though...

Thanks man! I hate reviews that just take forever to get to the point. Sometimes I like longer reviews, bit most of the time I don't have 45 mins to learn all I need to know *coughnutnfancycough*

LOL I actually like Nutnfancy, his videos are long but they usually have more info that anything else about a particular gun. The ones I hate are vids where someone sounds like they just took half a bottle of valium and are drifting in and out of consciousness with extremely long awkward pauses and the like, which end up giving as much info as your video did only spread out over an hour!

Keep it up! :)

I know just the type you're talking about!

Yeah I really like nutnfancy too. I've learned a lot of things from him over the years.

EXCELLENT REVIEW, thanks!

I just bought a Bond Arms Backup in 45acp. Haven't fired it yet, but that's for the range trip 12-26

Got the 50% off deal on a second barrel. I ordered a 3' 327 fed mag, which I reload.

One doesn't buy one of these because it is light. We get them because of the durability, versatility, nostalgia, fun factor, and made in America aspect. It is truly a niche gun. If you don't have the niche, don't get one. Two single-action shots make 10 000 buck pellets or 2-45 bullets that I won't stand in front of.

Great review, with excellent video and narrative quality. Really like the look of the Backup Model.

I like the idea of the Hornady CD "Triple Threat" .410 round for these. A .41 caliber slug followed by two .35 caliber balls. I'll take that over 00 buck.

Mine has the 3.5 inch barrel so it gets loaded with Winchester 5-pellet 000 buck.
I drop a couple .45 Colt 250 grain lead semiwadcutter hollow points in my pocket.
