Braced Pistol stamp Watch Thread

I have one out since March. I think the problem is that the Lower is a low serial number item from Rocket Armory. The other three I submitted, at the same time, have gone through with no issues.

on the 11th of May I decided to do one more pistol on the SBR route for the brace rule Just to see how long that application would be hanging out there... the application came back approved on 9th of june. WAY faster than the first two.

It's random. I have some in since April I have not heard back on, one submitted in May was approved in three days. It's not a well run or logical operation.

3/28 submitted and still waiting. I did go the standard F1 not the freebie as I wanted it in my trust.

Submitted mine April 12 and got the email with it approved yesterday (June 23).

Also had this bit at the bottom:

I reckon that's normal?

Friday June 23 in the evening the one firearm that I manually typed in model and caliber because it wasn't in the drop down menu has gone from. "PENDING RESEARCH" to "SUBMITTED/IN PROCESS" with my other three Form 1 submissions. It took exactly 24 days aka 3 weeks and 3 days for the research to be done. The cover sheet to be able to submit my fingerprints was also emailed to me.

I just received my 3rd set of papers for my CP33 last week. I also registered a PC Charger and a Sig MCX Spear. On the PC Charger and CP33 I put in the paperwork around the first of April but I didn't get my finger prints in to send them until at least 4 weeks after doing the initial paperwork (eforms). I did the paperwork (eform) on the Sig MCX in the middle of may when I sent my finger prints off for all 3. The Sig paperwork came back 3 weeks later but the PC Charger and CP33 took MUCH longer. With as late as my fingerprints were for the first 2 I am glad the paperwork went through at all.

Now I just need to find a good super lite weight folding stock for the CP33.

Who told you that?
ATF Ask The Experts told me not to use the drop down.
I'm not an expert of course so I only go by what others who have successfully done the Form 1 thing and other online publications are saying. So far everything is coming to fruition.

On May 31 and a few times in June when I (I started an experimental Form 1) when I was looking on the drop down menu options, there was no option for my PTR PWDr 105 pistol. That application came out of the Pending/Research phase on the 23rd of this month. I just checked and now the options for the PTR PWDr 105 is finally there after they did research on mine. If the other 3 were I used the drop down menu have any issues, I'll post it.

One of my early submissions made on 4/13, that had me puzzled finally got approved today. Several others that were submitted well after have been approved for a long time now. Based on when I submitted things and when they get approved it does not look like this is a logical process as to how this is being done. My guess it appears to be dumped on someone's desk and earlier submissions must get buried in the pile...

They didn't have anymore information other than it's pending. As of today I'm still pending. I'll give it another week and withdraw the application and submit a new one.

I submitted my Form 1 on 5/23 and received the approval this morning. Now to start looking for a folding stock.

This is encouraging as I submitted mine 5/13. I want to put a "real" stock on my Stribog. I wonder what happens if the rule is eventually struck down. Will the stock be illegal or will the SBR approval stick?
