Hello. I have a mid 60's browning a 5 12 gauge 2 3/4 and 3in belgium shotgun with a full choke barrel. Can someone tell me where i can get a barrel to replace it with. I want to hunt with it and i really want a barrel that would have interchangeable chokes. It doesnt have to be original or even made by browning. Please help. I dont want to pay 300-400 dollars for a barrel.

Then you are not going to find a barrel.

The later Japanese A-5 barrels will fit and have choke tubes.

But they easily bring $450 - $550 anymore.

Your only other option is to have the barrel shortened to get more muzzle thickness, and have thin-wall tubes installed by Briley or Carlson's or somebody.

Not really.

There are no cheap A5 barrels.

You can almost buy another old A5, throw the gun away, and keep the barrel for the same price barrels are selling for anymore.

Seems like a market for barrel production, but people who have such guns typically want factory original guns. The market is small so with low demand comes a lot of the cost of overhead on each sale driving prices up. 400 sounds high but also sounds right. Find a beater gun, or spare barrel, cut the barrel and install truchoke tubes. It cost me 70 for threading my 1148 and I got to pick a choke to come with it. Went modi-full then bought extra full and improved cylinder.

A lot of these guns has Cutts compensators with removable choke tubes fitted at some point. It was a thing in the '40s-50s.
