M3 0.5 8mm I thiiiink. Edited to note size for Tandemkross Victory trigger. I may pull the one on my Victory and head to the hardware store. Somewhere I was looking indicated metric in that size but I don’t recall where. Perhaps rimfirecentral.

Looking at catalogs however gives different variations of numbers, sometimes just a 5, and many are only 7mm in OAL. If I find something, especially if I have to order, I’d prefer SS with brass or solid SS that I can contour.

Consider getting the Tandem Cross Halo. Its makes a great gun easier to use. Especially when using a dot or scope or less then perfect fingers.

Here again, I'd recommend that those who are considering a "gizmo" to assist with pulling the slide, or bolt in the Ruger Mark pistols, back a bit easier, to L@@K to ebay for one of those "halo" type pullers:

This one is on ebay for half the price ($24.95) of those sold by TandemKross ($49.95) , and from my comparison, I can't tell one lick of difference in appearance or function of one from the other.

I wish I had much more stable benches at 25 yards to test mine with.

You mention a very important aspect involved with ANY accuracy testing for that matter. STURDY! Being that I actually have what I've determined to be "my range" out back of my shop, I did it my way. Sunk the supporting legs three feet into the ground and cemented those in. It doesn't move at all and the plywood base under the Ransom Rest is screwed down on the top of the bench, when I replaced the clamps previously used.

Do you know of any types of gizmos that are available for older Buckmarks with-out the ears on the slide?

The original Halo version has two machine screws and the locking area that fits the slide is a precision fit into the slide finger groves. The rear finger hole is larger and a nice ergonomic oval shape without sharp edges. I suspect the alloy and anodizing is superior on the Tandem cross version.
Not the one screw and dovetail type clamp that your knock off has.

My knock-off? I eat my "spinach" , so I don't need any assist to charge any of my pistols. Apparently then, the maker of the half-price version found that one larger screw on each side does just fine, takes less time to attach, and the edges of the pull ring certainly are not sharp and chamfered very nicely. Although these are NOT 'my knock-offs' , I still recommend that those be considered, and use the savings to buy ammo. :)

Ah! OK, the front sight threw me off. That is definitely a Clark Custom front sight and the blued finish on the upper is much, much better than what Ruger did back then. Nice pistol.
