The Browning Gold is a very good gun but not at good as the Beretta 391. I've owned both and sold the Gold. I found the 391 to be better handling and I much prefer the slimmer forearm and smaller pistol grip of the 391. The forearm and pistol grip on the Gold are made for someone with Paul Bunyan sized hands.
