Bushnell legend 3-9x40

I'm assuming your talking about the Legend UltraHD line? Correct me if I'm wrong, as there was an older Legend line.

I own a 4.5-14x44 ultra HD. The scopes solid, clear, and bright. The only downside is the resolution isn't great, tho it's by no means bad either.
Im considering a 3-9x40 for my .22 right as it's one of the few 3-9s with side focus.

Yup I was looking at a 3-9x40, seemed really good but hadnt heard much about em

They don't seem to get alot of press. Bushnell has quite a few scope lines tho so I guess that's not horribly surprising.
I'm happy with mine.
