Bushnell Nitro Firsthand Experiences?

The Nitro has a relatively small 44mm objective for that high a power, and some loss is expected. I was shooting mine in poor conditions today and noticed it as well. Backed out to 14x or so it was fine.
I need another 12-16x scope for my AR, and i think ill look at the prime.

I bought a Nitro 6-24x50 Duplex for my CZ 457 American last Friday from BPS for $349.99 + tax. Waiting on my Warne rings so I can get it set up for shooting asprin and thumb tacks @ 50 yards.

I bought a Nitro 2.5-10X 44mm for my sis-n-law's compact .243. First 30mm tube I've ever bought. Yeah, it's a bit chubby, but optics were crisp and clear; adjustments are smooth and firm. Paid $210 for it at the Bushnell Outlet in KC with free shipping. Not much room to adjust eye relief, but fortunately that proved to be no problem. Wish I could have found the Deploy reticle, but the multi-X was all they had. Most important, sis-n-law loves it.
