CA laws and Fed laws

One REASON Shasta County is so good: there's a HUGE number of retired cops out that way...state, local and Fed.

Any policy trying to favor them (as is common elsewhere) would statistically stick out like a sore thumb.

But anyways. Point is, it is NOT too much to ask for cops to obey the law and courts - even if they're top cops.
