Caldwell Rock 1000 rest problem

Anyone else ever have a problem with the top of the rest coming loose. I was out on my range today and was having a problem with my groups and noticed to bag rest portion was moving around. I had to disassemble it and tighten the center bolt. It is now rock solid again. I have used this rest for over 5 years and this is the first problem with it.

I don't have that rest, but my Rock BR did need some tweaking of the assembly screws. Those that hold parts together and are not likely to be un-tightened get thread locker applied. The rest are adjustment knobs and such.
