California 5150 order - what items are prohibited?

I have an online friend who is dealing with the consequences of a California 5150 order.

I would presume possession of firearms and ammunition are prohibited to persons under the standard 5150 restrictions - no supplemental orders.

What about possession of pre-existing already owned reloading components, esp. smokeless powder?

Your friend needs a CA lawyer.

If he were a felon or subject to a restraining order, PC 30305 with PC 16150 says he could not have reloading components.
