Hello All,
I am new to the board. This is my first post.
When the recent but brief restoration of our right to buy standard capacity magazines occurred, I saw questions and comments online about law enforcement officers and whether they would be aware of our right to possess those magazines.
I checked the website which posts updates regarding the case of Duncan Vs. Becerra. I found a .PDF file there. It is a statement from the 'Program Manager of the Command Center of the Department of Justice' for the State of California.
In the statement the manager states that all relevant law enforcement agencies have been officially notified of the legal status of standard capacity magazines in California.
