good find dogmush. I had checked guntec's website, but couldn't find that handguard.
yeah, I was going to swap out my 223 barrel for a 300 blackout for a while, seemed cheap enough at 100 bucks +/- 20, then I remembered that none of my barrel parts would work because I have a pinned, midlength, gas block and a .5/28 flash hider. So my build went up to $150. But then for $100 more I could get a whole upper. and I have a stripped lower in my closet, so for another 100 I could build that out, and then I need optics and where did my paycheck go...........
jackel, that is about my price breakdown as well. So you get a great deal on a handguard with the mas defense deal, and you don't have to build it, but do I want that handguard? I've seen a couple guntec handguards: decent enough for lite use, poor finish.
