I been thinking, sometimes not a good idea but. Thinking I want a .300 wsm, then got off onto the idea of a rechamber. If I go to the .300 WSM I'd have made my 1983 m77 international .308 just a safe queen. This rifle in this caliber would make a great Elk rifle for the country we hunt. Does anyone know if a pre "84" Ruger m77 could handle the pressure increase of a rechamber to the .300 WSM? Does anyone know a smith in the Pac NW who would do this for me?
