Started ordering in Feb and two companies have cancelled my orders
(Optics Planet, Tactical-Store), the last one just this morning.

Any Idea where I could get my hands on some?

I have not found a good LULA for .308, so I'm looking for some old school magazine spoons. The NC Star AFNLA is junk.

Strange, all I have ever seen is 10 round stripper clips. Try some for the 7.62x39 they might work.

I have plenty of 5rd. Mauser stripper clips.
They will probably work fine. (.473" case head diameter.)

Want some?

Thanks for the links although I fear the "new manufacturer" is the same one unable to supply the first two companies I tried. I will check them out.

While 10rd clips exist (and are hard to use due to friction) 5rd clips were standard for the M-14. One can contained several 6 pocket bandoliers each with 2 5rd clips per pocket. Korean War combat load was 5 loaded mags (20rdx5=100) and 2 bandoliers (2x2x6x5=120) for a combat load of 220 rounds.

Mauser clips fit the ammo but not the gun. 7.62x39 clips fit neither.

Try EBay. I just got a bunch for my 03, and they had all sorts up for auction.

The 7.62X39 has a head size of 0.445. The 7.62X51 has a head size of 0.473.

The M14 stripper clips were all five round with protrusions on each side in middle. I don't think the Mauser will work as it will stop the stripper from going down deep enough to feed correctly.

You are correct. I think the metal is folded on a less sharp radius making the Mauser wider too.

Here is a good picture:
