Can't remove powder hopper.

Hornady sent one under warranty. I have the site saved with the Pyrex ones. The new one i got is frosted too. If it gets on my nerves im going to get a Pyrex one. And a clear one for my uniflo too. I also painted the red parts on the inside of the powder measure. The paint they did looked like just a dusting. And powder was sticking to it. It's now smooth. Im going to let it dry for 24 hours and see how it does.

Good luck with painting anywhere powder lays.It probably was just overspray. There’s a reason the inside of powder measures aren’t painted

My uni-flo and Lyman 55 are painted on the inside.

Really? I have a couple of both and none are painted. The uniflo’s I have are green tinted plastic and the 55’s are clear or at least were before I left one sitting with powder in it..,;)

Getting the plastic drums off or on your measure will be easier if you gently heat the contact edge with a hair dryer or such. I once dunked it in hot water and that worked as well but it took time to wipe the water off before assembling and things cooled off.
