Catamount Fury Initial Impressions

This review is done by a friend and work colleague of a brand new, off the shelf Catamount Fury from Century Arms. Initial observations are that it feels solid and not chunky or cheap. Trigger pull is delightful, yes, I said delightful. Keep an eye out for the full video! Looks like you can pick these up for around $500.

Sorry, forgot to mention it is an AK pattern 12 gauge like the Saiga/Vepr's.
 
That's the first good review I've heard of these things. Most other reviews mention the shoddy machining, questionable heat treatment of the receiver steel, inability to use standard AK or Saiga parts and accessories, and unavailability of spare parts or mags.

For my money, I'd get a Saiga, or better yet, a VEPR.
 
No problem. Like I said, this is our reviewer's initial impression and is subject to change upon further inspection
