I find that the CCI military primers work better in European military cartridges because they lie deeper in the pocket. Regular LR primers tend to be flush or a little over the top because they're too thick.
All I know about CCI #34 is they work in my YUGO SKS allot cheaper per K than regular LR primers and the added insurance agents slam fires is a plus,my Lee Hand Primer seat them pretty deep and consistent in the Winchester case.
From the Lyman #48 Manual and the Remington 7.62 x 39mm cases that I reloaded last week. Why Remington use SR and Winchester uses LR I have no clue they both shoot pretty much the same accuracy wise for me.
