Charging and Seating .38 Special

I did that. It barely does, I think. I thought it would be ok, but don’t want them to all be like that. I seated another and it looks crooked too. It looks a bit more straight though. I can try the 180 degree turn on the next one. Would that mean that my seating stem is the problem?

The Redding competition seating dies will seat the bullets straight.

There is no other fix? Am I doing something wrong? Does everyone have this problem with 9mm or similar shaped bullets?
