OK, what was wrong with yours?
I currently have a Pathfinder back for repair. My barrel/cylinder gap is huge (.020") and I am getting misfires. It's a brand new gun.

I had a 38 back there 2 times and they had to replace it. Then that gun had to go back due to an assembly error. I think they have been running 2-3 months each time (except when they quickly got the assembly error corrected in 2 weeks).

My Pathfinder was repaired and shipped as well. I missed the UPS guy, so I guess I will get it tomorrow. They said they changed my mainspring and cleaned up the trigger pull. But, they said my barrel/cylinder gap was within specs? I could have let them keep it another 6 weeks to get a barrel replaced but I opted to have it sent back...for now.

I hope you got yours back. Mine arrived today. Note stated the B/C gap was within specs.... and they installed a green colored mainspring and polished the sear shelf. They test fired 24 rounds.

I returned a new Undercoverette in February for cylinder misalignment. Didn't get it back for 6 weeks, they are just swamped. But they did do a very nice job on the repair. Worth the wait.

I shipped my new Pathfinder back to the factory for a second time last month. I got a text on 05/28/21 stating it was checked into their system. I haven't heard back since. I anticipate hearing something next month.
