Cheap/good spotting scope?

I can honestly say that when it comes to optics, GENERALLY if you want to see past 200yds. you gotta pay for it. The price curve generally follows the range/distance curve. This is a truism, but for 200yds or less the scopes under $300 should be fine.

My father has a Barska and loves the little thing. Been using it I guess 2 years now with zero problems.
