The problem w/ the incorporation clause is it violates the 10th amendment and what the FF wanted

IMO no state has any right to violate the 2A, and hopefully Heller will prompt many lawsuits against such places

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

I don't see the 14th amendment violating the constitution, especially as the 14th amendment became a part of the constitution through the amendment process.

In any case there is no "incorporation clause" as such in the 14th amendment, as it is a judicial doctrine.
