#5 as in the Para 12-45?

either way, they are all hand held using my Nikon D80 with an added Sb-600 light that i bounce off of the ceiling. None of them are light boxes or external lamps.

It usually shocks most people that think you can't use a flash and not get hot spots but it works very well.

this is the exact setup i use but i aim the flash straight up.

It started as a plain Colt Series 70 .45, made in the year I graduated from high school. I did a little smiithing, then Accurate Plating & Weaponry did some sight and trigger work. Then a few years later it went off to J.R. French, Irving, TX, to be engraved. This has become the culmination of lots of time, collective efforts, and is probably one of the last guns I'll ever get rid of. I do carry it whenever I feel the urge. A little holster wear only means I have enjoyed it for what it was meant to be.
