10/25/2018, just got home from testing this scope against my Leupold varix3 , 3x9x40. I put a 12inch x12 inch brown cardboard box in a tree at 220 yards across an open field. My sunset was 1830 hours. Overcast, the box disappeared for the Sig at 1857, the Leopold 1859. Clarity edge to edge was THE SAME. Clarity was the same. So, that is my quick test, my observation. The sig is a few ounces heavier."
