All guns are potentally dangerous. This is why we strickly observe safety rules. ...if a gun fires when you have recklessly pointed it at a person, then you should be held responsible.
Letting these people sue Reminton is a perversion of our legal system and the unnecessary litigation costs are born by all who buy guns and gun supplies.
Rich Barber asked Walker to stand up and tell the truth about the Remnigton trigger. I believe he did when Walker said, ..."the Barber case and others are sad but these accident are the result of poor gun handling."
