Several years ago I shot my Prochrono that shattered one of the black sensor cases and maimed the other. But the electronics were unscathed. After that, I bought a Chrony brand off a member here.

Recently I seen that the Prochrono Digital was discontinued. Thinking that they may soon not have parts, I reached out to Competition Electronics. A lady whose email goes by cbailey, responded with what I may need and how to contact her. I called a few days later, and ordered 2 black sensor cases and a new unit housing. It all came to $24 with shipping.
A quick test shows everything is working properly. She did mention that if I couldn't get it to work, I could send the whole unit in for them for repair or replacement.

I was fortunate that I shot the top right corner of the front. And that it only chipped the plate that the electronics mount to.

I have since added new Hi-Viz sights to the guilty gun, that allows adjustment for elevation. It was shooting very low and right. Bad on my part for not ensuring it's accuracy.

You were fortunate that the manufacturer still had parts for a discontinued product. Also that try were willing to sell those parts.

I had a Caldwell Chronograph on which the on-off went bad. I called Caldwell CS, they had no parts whatsoever.
They would sell me a replacement at some small discount, but no parts.

I have the same unit, did not know they had discontinued it. I'm assuming the the DLX with the blue tooth built in is the reason why. Nice they were able to supply you the parts you needed at a very reasonable cost.

I agree! But I'm guessing that some parts are the same as the newer units.

I have the separate Bluetooth unit that goes with the Prochono. I'm glad it's not going to waste now. :)
