About the only practical way I can think of to carry would be to use a bandage on an arm or leg, as if the limb were injured, and wrap your gun (preferably something small and very thin, like a Kel-Tec P32) inside the bandage, positioned so that you could unwrap just the end of the bandage to get to it in a hurry. You could always put it in a pocket holster, too, and bandage the holster more firmly, so that the gun would easily slip out when drawn.
