Confused on how this trading works

For instance I have a romanian ak parts kit and thought about trading to someone or selling it here. How do you get your money and what about trust that the person will send you the item. Thank you and remember I am new to this so any info on this matter would be appreciated.

B) I normally use paypal (good security) or mail money orders. Obviously I won't ship until I receive payment but I've been blessed enough not to have to deal with trust issues on here.

I've not had any problems collecting my money or trade goods here. Not that you shouldn't take precautions, but I've always had real good luck.

Not really. This (IMHO) fits pretty well in General Gun Discussion. Now, if he were actually selling or trading, then yeah - it'd belong somewhere else.

I recently bought a powder measure from a guy here. Sent him a money order and when he recieved it he shipped from his end. I have made some deals where the money and merchandise were sent at the same time. I swapped some brass for a set of dies and just shipped the brass and the other guy shipped the dies.

IF you ever get burned on a forum swap you are entitled to FLAME them. And likewise.

I bought a pistol from another THR member. It was pretty simple, I imagine once he saw the money he sent the pistol.

Which, by the way, was exactly has he described and I'm happy with it.
