I'm no legal mind, and I'm not even sure I have this in the right place, (please move thread if needed) but I'd like to know how the hell this kind of crap can fly in an open court of law...

Yes, I know the lefties rule with an iron fist, and are doing everything they can to take away our rights (especially our 2nd Amendment rights, as that's what protects all other rights) but this open hostile lawlessness... in a court of law... and on record?
How the hell are they getting away with it?
Is this the bold, in your face crap that's gonna end up leading to violent reactions?
Is violence what knee jerk reaction they are going for here?
When you have siting judges saying the second amendment has no place in their court room... that's eventually gonna set some people off.
Not very reassuring.
How do we protect ourselves from open hostile lawlessness like this?

Reads like solid grounds for a case dismissal to me...

Judge comes right out and says he doesn't recognize the Constitution as the law, I'd say he could be stripped of his robe and thrown off the bench with prejudice... given a competent and willing attorney for the defense.

A mistrial at the very least...
