Cost of barrel blank installation???

I want it chambered in 30-06.
Any quotes/estimates? Needs to be threaded for a metric receiver...

Also any recommendations for a local gunsmith (WA) for this job?

Sorry to be a week late with my answer, been on vacation.
We really need to have some more information to give you a good answer.
What brand receiver, does the barrel need to be contoured or just threaded and installed?
On most receivers, I normally charge $200 to thread, chamber and install a contoured barrel ( if I have the reamer and gauges). Custom contouring can double the price. Rifles which require extractor cuts such as Winchester 70 or 03's cost more. The only rifle I normally encounter with "metric" threads is the Howa. Others, even if European made, have inch pattern threads. For that reason, I try to avoid rebarreling Howas.

Buy a precontoured barrel. It's cheaper than having a gunsmith contour it for you.

I normally charge $200 to turn down, thread, chamber, crown and bead blast or polish a barrel. That does not include profiling. You should really order the barrel already contoured.

Benchmark Barrels is in Washing State and do great work. I would highly recommend them.
