I have the Pacific DL 266 mounted on the table, and have some 25-30 yr old components. Since I loaded a few rounds last week and tested them I decided to load a few more. I've had to re-learn the process and to tweek the final crimping stage.
One thing I did learn: Don't drop powder without a hull under the drop tube. :) I was doing the last box we my concentration went out the window.
Used Unique powder, it is such a good powder to use for shotguns, pistols and some rifles.
I'll see if they will shoot one day soon, maybe they all have shot in them.

Have a blessed evening,

Leon

I am planning dusting off the MEC and loading some heavy 1 ¼ oz 12g with Blue Dot and AA red wads. As I recall it is simple but I might fumble a little at first.

I'm cheap and use titewad powder. I also have some Clay's which is good for some pistol loads. I Use a Mec 9000. Powder is easier to clean up than shot.
