CZ-52 barrel

I recently purchased a CZ-52 with both a 9mm and 7.62X25 barrel, but the 7.62 barrel is missing a roller and the bore looks very smooth. The barrel is almost a mirror finish without any pitting but the grooves look extremely shallow.

I have not shot the gun yet but would like to know from others if their barrels also show rifling like this. I'll be ordering a new set of rollers soon but may have to order a new barrel at the same time if anyone can suggest the cheapest place to get one.

My 52 had good rifling. Yours sounds like it is shot out. Find a replacement.

sksman.com had them pretty cheap a while back...not sure if they have them anymore.

SeanSw I just order a 7.62X25 barrel from buymilsurp.com for $50.00. It comes complete with rollers. Makarov.com also has parts for the CZ52.I just bought my CZ52 last weekend at a gun show.Since it was unfired I bought new parts to put in. So I'll save the origanal parts.
