Depends if you want a great feeling handgun, or one that feels like a 2x4 in your hand...
Pick them both up, and you'll know which one is the 2x4
On the other hand, for those with smaller hands, the trigger reach in DA mode for the CZ is longer, and if you decide to use the CZ in SA mode, the reach to the thumb safety is also a long one.This may not apply if you have medium to large hands. That's what mine are and the 92 fits like a glove and the CZ slide is maddeningly small to rack.

Beretta (SP?) had a lot of problems before being bought out by Taurus. CZ has been a quality design for years, such that there are many clones/copies. The Baretta line, to me, is overweight, has or had poor customer service and has lately come out with a lot of new stuff, most of which is pretty good quality. But high priced.
All this double talk of mine is to emphasize the need to hold, fondle and wave around each for comfort and feel. Then you'll know which is the better choice.

Beretta = Italian Taurus
I've shot both, no diff. Carried that Beretta for years in the USAF because I had
no choice.
Bought a CZ85 Combat a few yrs ago. Flat out awesome.
