CZ P-01 and speer gold dots???

I have been thinking of buying some of those to test as carry rounds. Now I really want to try it to see if they work.

I read that article also (June '04 Combat Handguns). The Speer Gold Dots work okay in my P-01. No problem at all in chambering those rounds. As I recall, the author advised anyone with the problem to send the barrel back to CZ to have the chamber lengthened.
I don't remember anyone on the CZ Forum indicating a problem with undersize chambers. Mine has been a very good handgun -- my first CZ and probably not the last.

I have about 1,000 rounds of Gold Dots through my P-01 without any issue at all...other than cost.
