Yup, too small and not enough "features" to get sufficient BATF import points.
HOWEVER, if you really like it, it is just a tarted up CZ45 which was made in vast numbers and imported here for years. I have one and it is a very nice little pistol, if a .25 will get you by. Check the advertisements and sale sites.

Of course you can't buy this here in the U.S. This is obviously a cheap, "Saturday Night Special" that is evil. Merely owning one of these pistols will make you rob liquor stores and mug little old ladies. I'm so happy my government is protecting me.

If this little pistola is from CZ, I'll stipulate it must be well made and reliable.
Working out the calculator a bit, it appears to me that weight, 309 grams, equals very close to 10.8 ounces. Eight rounds of .25 ACP?
How is the CZ92 better than, say, the Kel Tec P32? Slightly higher and wider, 2/10" shorter, three ounces heavier, and 8 .25 ACP vs. 7+1 of .32 ACP. And, just for grins, toss in the KT P3AT specs for comparison - -

Actually, they are in the US. That is nothing more than the CZ-45 with some cosmetic changes. You can look about and find one, though I can't commment on price. They were imported about the same time as many of the CZ-24's and the like, if I recall correctly.
