Deciding between konus 65mm or Celestron 65mm Spotting scope

I've limited myself to two scope options in my price\performance needs range any solicit any opinions or preferences between the two if you've owned or used one. They are about the same price.

1) Konus 65mm Spotting Scope
2)Celestron Ulta 65mm

Yes, I understand there are better scopes but I am not interested in a Kowa, high end or larger 80mm scope at this time.
