Has anybody used something like this for steel target storage?
I'm putting together a rimfire range (subset of my high-power range) and I'm looking to store my rimfire steel on my dam, rather than go back and forth to my target shed. I've got about 20 pieces of steel for rimfire now, mostly silhouette knockdowns, but I'm looking to get a set of the NRL22 targets. I'd just leave the Deck Box on my dam during the shooting season, then move it to my barn during the winter using the pallet forks on my tractor. I'd also leave a ground tarp and shooting mat in it during the season.
I'd put it about midway down the picture. Thoughts?
Most of my steel stays in a shed on my pistol range:
