Dis you get any SD gear for Valentine´s day??

Hi guys!

I was wondering...most of us got gun related or Self defense related gifts for Xmas...but did you get anything SD realted for Vlentine´s day??

I got a very cool knife that was previously oened by a former Spec Ops Peruvian Diver

COOL!!

What did you guys get??

P.S: BTW, "tactical chocolate" doesn´t count!!!:neener:

My wife gave me a $50 gift certificate for a local gun store (Praco Gun & Pawn, Waco TX). Haven't decided what I want to do with it yet (shoulder rig for my P95, new SD folder, use toward another gun, etc.), but I'm sure it'll be SD-related--even if I have to stretch a little...;)

Not really self-defense oriented, other than helps with cheap practice, but wife gave me one of the new Ruger NRA Special Edition MK II .22LR pistols.

All I could say upon opening the box was :what: :what: :what:

This might qualify. My wife gave me a fistful of cash and told me to buy a gun. She said it was a combination Valentine's Day and Anniversary Gift. Ordered up a Yugo SKS. Should be here in a week or so. Can't wait for the cosmoline removal party!!! I wonder what she has planned for my birthday?

My fiance gave me a XS Lever Scout Scope rail and it looks mighty fine on my 336!
Now I just need time to shoot it!!

Wife gave me a card.......as usual.

So I bought myself something. (actually bought them before V-day, they just arrived then. :D )

Bought them from THR member dandean316. I highly recommend him!

Since I don't have a valentine I bought myself a rifle from my brother-in-law. He was going to sell it and since I can't stnd to see a gun leave the familiy I bought it. I forget what it is though. The caliber is something you would shoot a elephant with, stainless. It is still at his house so I don't have it to look at right now. He always offers what he is going to sell to me first and I always buy. He is a good brother-in-law . My sister and him got me the NRA Ruger 22 mentioned above for Christmas. I'm a big political gun nut and he is just a gun nut. (medium political)

Indirectly -

My wife got me a leather, high-back, adjustable razzle dazzle office chair to replace my 3-legged wooden milk-stool...

So I could park my fat behind longer at the 'puter surfin' THR.

I didn't even have ANY female contact all day on Single's Awareness Day.

Maybe I ought to call Dell, maybe the support technician may be a lady. That's about it as far as women I ever talk to.

I bought myself couple hundred bucks of reloading supplies and loaded up about 500 .45acp.

Been married a long long time we buy ourselves gifts on Valentines day.

I got myself this:

I wish i could have had someone to give something to, but I've yet to have been dating someone when VD comes around. *shrug*

My wife got me a holster for my P944. It's an open carry holster, but that's just as well as I don't have a CCW and don't plan on getting one anytime soon. Good thing AZ allows permitless open-carry :D

my girlfriend got me a Kershaw Blackout for Valentine's Day, but it's not for self defense  (since that would be legal in this retarded state)

Valentines day for us has been a gun holiday for about four years now. It is kind of our thing.....geeky huh.

Let's see there was...

The Ruger Vaquero four years ago,
The SIG P220ST Three Years ago,
The M1 Garand Last year.
and this year Sheslinger got her pick and picked up a M1A Scout Squad with front and rear scope mounts.

A buddy of mine got a M-1 Carbine from his wife on VD a few years ago because "Nothin say's love like a Carbine." Unfortunately, they got the divorced a couple years later. The good news is he did get to keep the Carbine in the settlement though, although she got the house.
