I've had my Dillon 550C for years and thousands of rounds and it still runs like new. Last night I was taking my seating die apart to clean it and the seating stem dropped out on the garage floor. There is a tiny retaining pin inside the seating die and I lost. Couldn't find this part anywhere on Dillon's website so I called their customer service number today. The phone was answered in two rings, the lady that answered spoke perfect english, and when describing the part she knew exactly what I was talking about. She asked for my name and address and told me I would be getting a replacement pin in the mail in the next day or so no charge. The whole process took about 30 seconds.
 
Yep, they set the bar pretty high, really keeps most in the reloading business “on their toes” so to speak, that’s good for those of us that use other colors of equipment too.
