I know this is no news, but I have always had great service from Dillon. I am pretty sure one of my 3 year grand-boys lost one of the brass locator pins for 9mm. Called Dillon to order a replacement and they come in sets of 3.

Person on the phone said, "Since you just need one, I'll just drop one in the mail today, no charge".

Good service is still out there.:eek:
 
Good Old Boys

Yep, they've been good for a long time.

I have a 550B and load 10-15 thousand rounds a year, sometimes double that.
Not only has the 550B been a Godsend and made me a small scale manufacturer:evil: but every time I've called them they've been professional, helpful, and willing to send 'free' parts. When they say "No-BS" warranty, they back it up.

I always try Dillon first when I'm looking at reloading gear. They've earned my trust and my business.:D
 
I've bought used parts off Ebay, called them for repair parts and told them I would gladly pay... they still show up free!
 
550B

Had my 550b about three weeks now, have called Dillon a bunch of times for help and info, and every time they have been 1st class. Wonderful people, great service and a nice reloading press.
 
Truly a first class company that goes above and beyond. They have the best reloaders on the market plus the customer service to back it all up 100% 24/7. That is why they've earned my and the shooting communities praise and loyalty.
