Dillon Price Inflation

Dillon is no longer including a caliper conversation kit with it's XL 750 reloader. The price has gone to $699 and a 9mm conversation kit is $115. I confirmed this price and information on two different retailers websites. Those retailers had XL 750's in stock. To me this is like selling car, but with no wheels. This post is more of a heads up, but I would also like to hear peoples thoughts on why they are doing this, and if it's a good time to buy a Dillon.

Prices are up on everything right now, and I don't expect them to drop much if at all any time soon. I don't load on a Dillon press, so can't comment on that specifically, but I will say that if you want it then get it. If you don't like it for some reason, you can always sell it and get some or maybe all of your money out of it.

Sounds like the price is now $814.

thoughts on why they are doing this

Just like you and me, Dillon is paying higher prices for everything they buy. What used to cost $1 now cost $2 and the price increase has to be passed to the end consumer.
