Don't Forget Ruger's CEO Listens To Us

I just wanted to remind everyone of the "Tell the CEO" link on the Ruger website. I encourage everyone to contact him and ask any questions about any questions or concerns you have related to the company.

I just sent a message to him. First, I said thank you for doing the pre-formatted letters to send politicians. Also, I asked two questions about corporate decisions.

Number One:
Why has Ruger not joined Wilson Combat, LaRue, Barrett and the 100+ other companies that are standing up for the rights of their customer by refusing to sell to government agencies that do not permit their citizens to have the same types of firearms/magazines as themselves? Also, I asked if they plan to move their corporate HQ out of CT and deny them the politicians the tax money being used to harm their business and trample the rights of their customers? (MagPul and HiViz left CO, we need the industry giants to get on-board with the program.)

I encourage everyone to take advantage of it. For those who don't recall it was public demand through this program that caused Ruger to finally make a 1911. (They missed the 100yr anniversary with no plans of producing one. The launch the LC9 that year instead at SHOT show.) If they feel it is good for business, they will listen to suggestions from their customers!

If Ruger was the first major firearms manufacturer to leave a state because of their negative gun laws, it would send a HUGE message to the politicians. Plus, in Ruger's case they would only have to move their corporate headquarters (were all the money goes) out of CT, so it wouldn't be as big of logistical issue as moving an entire plant. Connecticut would lose easily six figures or more in tax money. Plus, it will make-up for Bill Ruger's (RIP) of magazine bans in the past, to anyone still holding a grudge.

Did issue and open-ended standing invite for Ruger to move their HQ to Ohio.

First, thanks for the emailing of mine and thousands of other concerned citizens to Washington re: recent gun rights!
Also thanks from a life-long customer, I was carrying a Single-Six 22lr on my trap line in the mid-70's, up to present with ....etc.
Sir as you know, there's a growing list of companies that will not do business with states enacting recent bans against their free citizens. I urge to to strongly consider, not doing any business (including LEO agencies) with said states. Further I am urged to ask, if at all possible for you to move your corporate HQ out of state, for reasons cited, denying a tax benefit to the state.

I've never seen such an assault on our rights. Does not troubling times warrant a larger response from individuals, and companies?
