Embarrassing to ask, but 9mm?

What about HS-6 for 9mm reloads? On the label, it calls for around (approximately) 7 grains. I was encouraged to buy this powder to confirm no double charges? Will HP-38 do the same or at least fill most of the case with a double charge? With that being asked, how many grains will fill a 9mm shell case? That might be a rookie question but oh well, have to ask.
