Got a new ESEE6 knife today. Seems very well made. Was a little dull out the box, but it isn’t anymore. The green is crappy looking, but who complains of color on a working knife. Sheath is plastic. Already looking for leather. I think it was a good value. Anyone own this brand?

I have a 4, and 6 with the older slab sided handles. I like mine well enough. I've not handled one with that style handle, but it seems like an improvement. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Knife works.com. My nephew has one and it looked good. Frankly, people like you got me all interested in knives these days. Shameful I know. But also fun.

I have one of the Esee Nessmuk knives and it is a favorite. Rowen makes them and the build quality is excellent for a mass-produced knife. The handle has the napped flint look, but is quite comfortable and functional. I don't think this will be my last Esee.

ESSE knives are great. I have a folder, but the ESSE 5 is on the list. I haven't seen an ESSE Nessmuk, but if I did, it'd likely be on the list too.

ESEE knives are one of the best for your dollar knives.

You get a high quality knife that will last you a lifetime if you take care of it. And if you shop around, you can get the one you want for a good price.

I have a 5 and 6, had to test them out when I first got them. Even so, you can barely see the use on them.

Not yet, but it’s on the wishlist. That and a Becker BK5 but one of the Camillus made ones on the ones now made by KaBar

The Camillus Becker knives are expensive, any of the ones you're looking for. I think the Becker Brute is the hardest to find and the most expensive.

The BK-5 is also another that's the same as the BK-1. I finally picked one of the 5's up off of Gun Broker. Wasn't cheap but if you want an original, they never are.

At least Ka-bar is doing a good job of making them.

I have several 3's 4's and Junglas. Skipped over the medium lengths. Very happy with all of them. They make fine working blades.

Brute...5

Ironically, the Brute is almost all Stewart's design and the 5 is primarily Jerry Fisk's. The KaBar 5 is just slightly thinner than the Camillus's and Blackjacks. The Machax and the others are all Becker's.
